Both expect that you adhere to your flightplan, things like changing your mind en route, saving and reloading your flight or changing aircraft are either impossible (PFE) or at least very hard to do (RC4). I don't think that they 'know' or are 'doing' anything, those programs are very set in their ways. I just want flight control that knows what it's doing. Anybody use Radar Contact, seems to be the most popular. Nope I was using Orbx KPSP, I think there was a bug in that one as I saved the flight from 20 miles out then used a different plane to land.ATC finally figured out what the he& they were doing.
